Steel, cement, sand, aggregate, brick, doors, windows, finishes — quantity, rate and amount, with GST.
Area statement
Plot area, built-up area per floor, total built-up, and the open area left on each side.

Be clear about this
What it is not.
This is a design and a costing, not a sanctioned drawing. Municipal approval needs a licensed engineer or architect to sign and submit it — take our set to one and they have most of the work already done.
The estimate is built on current market rates for your region. Rates move. Treat the total as a sound number to plan and bargain with, not a fixed quotation from a builder.
Structural design — footing sizes, column and beam schedules, bar bending — is not included. That is a separate job for a structural engineer, and on anything above two storeys you should have one.
