Sheet 02 · Method
It is a conversation, not a form.
You do not fill anything in. You type the way you would talk to a draughtsman in the bazaar, and we ask back whatever we still need to know.
- Step 01
You send the plot size
In whatever unit is normal where you live. If you give us a frontage and a depth, we take it as facing the road on the short side unless you say otherwise.
- Step 02
We ask what you need
How many bedrooms, how many storeys, how the rooms should split across them, parking, a puja room, whether you follow Vastu. Ordinary questions, one at a time.
- Step 03
The plan comes back
Usually inside a minute. One image per floor, rooms measured, doors and windows shown, setbacks kept clear.
- Step 04
You change it
Type what you want different — "kitchen ko peeche karo", "bedroom bada chahiye". It is redrawn. 3 rounds are free.
- Step 05
You approve, then you pay
Nothing is charged until you have seen a plan you like. Then ₹299 makes the full set.

What it sounds like
Type it how you’d say it.
Hindi, English, or the two mixed together. When something is ambiguous we ask instead of guessing — three bedrooms across two floors is a different house from three on each.
