One House Plan

In the browser · plan, 3D and estimate

Draw it by hand. Or just say it.

One House Studio opens the plan the assistant drew in your browser. Drag a wall or type the change; the 3D view and the estimate update as you work.

01 · By hand

Drag a wall. The rooms on both sides follow.

Split a room, merge two, move a door so it swings clear, put a window on an outside wall, drop in a bed and see whether it fits. Every move is checked as you make it: nothing overlaps, every room keeps a door, the plate stays inside the setbacks — and every move can be undone.

02 · By asking

Type the change instead.

Type it the way you would say it to a draughtsman — “kitchen thoda bada karo”, “make the two bedrooms equal”, “east-facing entrance”. The assistant edits the plan with the same tools you have on screen, so what comes back is a real change — checked, costed, undoable — not a picture of one. The common requests are one tap.

03 · In 3D

See it standing up.

Every plan carries a 3D model. Walk the interior room by room, look at the front from the street, read a plan without knowing how to read a plan. Rendered views of the outside and the rooms, when you ask for them, are made from this same model.

04 · In rupees

Costed as you go.

Steel, cement, bricks, sand, aggregate, labour and finishes — counted off the drawing and priced on a rate card for your region. Change a wall and the difference shows before you let go of it. Finish grade changes the rates; the geometry changes the quantities.

05 · By the rules

Checked against the bye-laws, clause by clause.

Setbacks, ground coverage, floor-area ratio, minimum room sizes, daylight, stair geometry — each test cites the clause it comes from. The Studio does not sign the drawing — a registered engineer or architect does — but it hands them one with the checks already run.

Finish with the set.

A PDF your contractor quotes from and a DXF your architect opens. Compare any two revisions side by side before you choose. Finalise, and a fresh set is made from the plan as it stands.

Who it is for

Homeowner, contractor, architect: the same Studio.

  • Homeowner

On a phone, before the contractor comes. Try the open kitchen, check the Vastu, see what the second floor adds — and walk in with a drawing instead of a description.

  • Contractor · mason

In front of the client. Make the change they are asking for while they watch, and leave with an updated drawing and quantities the same visit.

  • Architect · draughtsman

A first pass you can defend, then your own hands on it. Export DXF to finish in your own tools, with the compliance checks already run.
