When you get your money back.

The floor plan is free and there is no advance payment. You are asked for ₹299 only after a design you have said yes to is on your screen. Up to that point there is nothing to cancel and nothing to refund.

We refund the whole amount if any of the following is true:

• You were charged but the drawing set never arrived, and we cannot deliver it within two working days of you telling us.
• The set does not match the design you approved — different plot size, missing floor, wrong number of bedrooms.
• The PDF is corrupt or unreadable and we cannot supply a working file.
• You were charged more than once for the same house.

The drawings are a digital product delivered immediately, so we cannot take them back. We do not refund because:

• you changed your mind about building, or decided on a different design after approving this one;
• the plot dimensions you gave us turned out to be wrong — the drawing was correct for what you told us;
• your contractor quotes a different figure from our estimate, which is an estimate and says so;
• a municipal authority will not sanction the design, which we never claimed it would.

In the second case we will redraw for the corrected plot at no charge once, which is usually what you actually want.

Message us on WhatsApp or email [you@onehouseplan.com] within 7 days of the payment. Give the number you used and the transaction reference, and say what went wrong. You do not need to argue a case — describe the problem.

The last leg is your bank’s, not ours. If the money has not appeared after seven working days, tell us and we will send you the gateway’s refund reference to take to them.

Occasionally a plot is too small or too irregular for a sensible layout. If we accept your payment and then find we cannot produce a set you can build from, we refund in full without being asked.
